VertiPrint Easel
Holds rigid sheets for off-wall printing, with documented material dimensions up to approximately 240 × 310 cm.
Manufacturer-backed information about direct-to-wall UV printing, machine selection, printable surfaces and commercial operation.

What it is
A vertical wall printer controls an inkjet carriage over an installed surface while measuring the distance to the wall. The VPJet4.0 uses LED-UV ink, horizontal track movement and configurable vertical extensions to produce large-format murals without wallpaper or transfer film.
Clean, stabilize and test the wall. Use primer where a non-porous substrate requires it.
Set final dimensions, resolution, color profile and white-ink layers in the RIP workflow.
Assemble the height configuration, set the origin and confirm sensor distance.
The carriage deposits CMYK and white ink while LED-UV lamps cure each pass immediately.

Current wall printer platform
Both versions use the same modular wall-printing concept. The Premium configuration adds an Epson i3200 U1-HD printhead, helical rack-and-pinion vertical movement, higher maximum resolution and 2.5D printing.
Ultrasonic sensing continuously adjusts for moderate surface irregularity.
CMYK plus white ink cures immediately and expands compatible substrates.
Control software supports stability, protection, setup and maintenance routines.
The machine separates into manageable components for commercial job-site work.

The standard platform is a vertical wall printer. Optional accessories support hard-sheet printing away from the wall and conversion for horizontal floor printing.

An optional horizontal conversion exists, but DXonJet does not recommend floor printing as the primary application for the VPJet4.0.

Frequently asked
Horizontal printing is continuous rather than limited to a fixed panel width. The machine advances along its track while the artwork is built in successive passes.
Yes. The CMYK plus white configuration can place a white underbase beneath the color image. Correct white-ink maintenance and wall preparation remain essential.
The assembled machine is approximately 120 kg, but it separates into manageable components. The complete transport package uses 11 custom bags and a protected flight case.
Routine software-guided procedures normally take approximately 2–5 minutes and are supported by the Auto Maintainer. Consistent maintenance is essential for printhead life.
